If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and do not want to exchange it for another size or model, you can of course exercise your right of withdrawal. You have 30 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal and ask for a refund, instead of the 14 days laid down by law. The only condition is that you do not use the product and that both the product and the label remain intact.
In order to ensure that the product is returned to us intact, please make sure that you wrap the product securely before returning it (NOT just in the thin, factory packaging).
To make the process as easy as possible, to save you the time and effort of going to the post office, and to avoid paying up to 3.000 Ft for the dispatch of the product, you have the possibility to order a courier for the delivery at a reduced price. The cost of having the parcel delivered from your premises is 1.990 Ft.

If you request the discounted GLS parcel delivery service, please purchase this service in the shop with immediate payment by credit card or bank transfer! It is essential that you do NOT choose cash on delivery as a payment method, as the GLS courier will not be able to collect the fee for this only in the case of return delivery. In this case we cannot send the courier to the requested address. You can find the service here, the fee is 1.990 Ft (The service is only available within Hungary!!)
Return delivery schedule
1. You fill in the form (and if you request a return, you buy the return service)
2. when you are done with both, wrap the product tightly and wait for the courier

4. If you fill in the form between 0.00 on SATURDAY and 23.59 on NEDD, you can expect the courier on the following FRIDAY.
5. We will refund you after we have received the product back from you. Until then, thank you for your patience!
